We use DHL service for shipment to any address in the world. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 3-6 days (after we receive measurements and it also depends on the product you are buying) except when there is a delay during seasonal workload and peak periods. ARNO by ANNY cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or unexpected delays during manufacturing, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

Shipping is calculated by weight, for the detail of worldwide shipping charges. During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary.

Returns

Please note that all our garments are custom-made according to your specifications and measurements, tailored uniquely for each customer. As a result, we do not offer refunds. If there are any issues with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact Customer Experience within 10 days of receiving your order. If you purchased online, you can reach out via email or call/whatsapp number.

Alterations

We understand that achieving the perfect fit is important. If adjustments are needed, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 10 days of receiving your order. You may choose to have alterations done by a local tailor of your preference. Simply submit your receipt to us to start your fit claim process.

Local Tailor Reimbursement

For online orders in the USA or Canada, ARNO by ANNY will reimburse up to $50 for alterations. In UK, the reimbursement is up to $65. The specific amount reimbursed will depend on the type of garment and the alterations required. Please refer to the alterations reimbursement table below for details.
