Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 3 to 6 working days.
This period may include:
- Payment and order review
- Product preparation or production
- Custom Size measurement review, where applicable
- Quality checks
- Packing
- Handover to DHL
The 3 to 6 working days are the time before the parcel is handed to DHL. DHL transit time is additional.
