Refund policy

Please note that all our garments are custom-made according to your specifications and measurements, tailored uniquely for each customer. As a result, we do not offer refunds. If there are any issues with the fit or construction of your garments, please contact Customer Experience within 10 days of receiving your order. If you purchased online, you can reach out via email or call/whatsapp number.

Alterations

We understand that achieving the perfect fit is important. If adjustments are needed, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 7 days of receiving your order. You may choose to have alterations done by a local tailor of your preference. Simply submit your receipt to us to start your fit claim process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, item must be returned in its original, unopened condition. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Local Tailor Reimbursement

For online orders in the USA or Canada, ARNO by ANNY will reimburse up to $50 for alterations. The specific amount reimbursed will depend on the type of garment and the alterations required. Please refer to the alterations reimbursement table below for details.
